After I made an appointment to have my portrait taken they called back with a question about who exactly was to be photographed? Was it a child?
When it was explained that I wanted my own portrait taken, caller said oh, yes we have that here.
It was an uncomfortable experience and quite obvious that anyone who wants to have a photo taken, who does not meet staff expectations would be grilled.
One would have thought that they were in the business of photographing people from the community. This does not seem to be so.
I will make an appointment elsewhere.
Pros: convenient location
Cons: made me feel uncomfortable to use services
