The prices are cheap, and the service isn't good. Pho, however, is hard to mess up. The pho here isn't the best, it's actually on the plain/watery side, but still satisfies the craving on rainy days. The red bean desert is always a treat. The environment has as much class as a fast food chain. Seattle has its share of cheap pho restaurants, and this location just fits in with the large pool of averge low priced pho.
