This place is easy to find and the service is expedient. Caters to those businesses that have to get food on the go. They also deliver. Very prompt and the prices are extremely fair for the portions they serve. Anything from traditional Pho, to fried Pho, to rice dishes and to delicacies. Located in what was the once lucrative Phat Tai, this place is right in that shopping center. more

Fast Good Food 11/12/2005

Traditional style Vietnamese Noodle/Stew. Located at the corner of Westminster and Magnolia. Has been in business for over 20 years. Also serving rice dishes from Filet Mignon to Steak and eggs. A very cozy environment. Extremely hygenic and salubrious. Affordable prices ranging from 3-6 dollars individual dishes. Does offer family type dinner plans. Parking is a bit scare. Located in a big dinning plaza. more

Quick Vietnamese Food 9/2/2005

If you are in a hurry and need quick Vietnamese food, this is your place. The food may be a bit generic and devoid of Vietnamese culture, but at this price and speed you can complain. They do have some very appetizing rice combination plates as well. The parking is hard to come by so do beware of that. more

Regular Pho 8/16/2005

This restaurant is like many other pho restaurants in Westminster. It's not a bad place to eat pho, but there's not much about the place that sets it apart from other pho places. The service there is not too bad either, you dont have to wait to long to get your food. more

Best Pho Place 6/19/2005

In Westminster, there are plenty of places where you can enjoy a Rice Noddle. However, to me Pho Bolsa Restaurant No 4 is the best. There are always waiter around to help you. Unlike other place which let you hanging. I always have a good experience when i eat there. I would recommend to everyone. more
