When my youngest daughter had problems with her one eye crossing, I was a scared mother to say the least. MEI was there for me. Michigan Eye Institute has a seperate waiting room ...

Even if I didnt HAVE to go as often as I do - my yearly exam would always be here are at MI eye institute. They have a full optical department on site, and I always feel like a special patient. You get more one on one service than the typical mall eye center and the prices are just as good. All insurance needs are taken care of for you - so you have no hassles - just great glasses! more

Great for little ones 7/25/2005

When my youngest daughter had problems with her one eye crossing, I was a scared mother to say the least. MEI was there for me. Michigan Eye Institute has a seperate waiting room with toys just for the kids and the doctors are all wonderful with children. They use the latest technology and has a tv in the room for the fussiest children. Toys are even offered at the end for the "good" patients. A full optical department is on site if glasses are needed. We in turn were refereed to the UM in Ann Arbor, as he felt we needed more attention - but in the end we were find. My daughter was in the end diagnosed with Brown's disease - in her case cosmetic only. more
