Lack of communication with clientele 2/25/2014

I had to rely on my insurance adjustor to explain what was happening with my car. Thanks to him a major deficiency was replaced on my car (under warranty) but no one at the dealership ever brought this up. Still waiting on explanation. more

Friendly staff, horrible mechanics 2/19/2014

Parts department is a joke, 4radios in 2 months, ordered wrong matts, wrong cruise control switch, wrong ac compressor. All that's translates in a waste of my time! Then I get the vehicle back damaged, being told it must have happened on the parking lot,... I don't care you had my vehicle, you are responsible! I would love to because of the friendly staff, but can not and will not recommended this store to anyone! To much gone wrong in less then 3 months! more

It is easy to get to the dealership and there are easy directions to get to the service area. The staff there is very helpful and will work with you until all your questions are answered and explain things fully more
