Good times! It really is quite simple...Phebes is a good time. Good tunes, good food, good drink, good people! I really love the Irish bartender. He is very handsome! Although his drinks are a little weak. Pros: ROSCO, THUNDER, TUNES more

Great for Private Parties 12/14/2004

I have been hanging out here since the place reopened under new management in September. It is a dramatic improvement over the previous bar (completely redisgned interior, exterior, menu, etc.), so I decided to host my girlfriend's 30th birthday party there. We were not disappointed. The room in the back is perfect for parties, and the staff, food and drinks were all superp. I highly recommend this tavern to all for either a happy hour drink, a more intense Saturday or a party (it is an awesome party spot!), Pros: reasonable prices, great crowd more
