Best Service Ever 10/8/2014

My husband and I were recently in Idaho on vacation and experience a warning light while in Craters of the Moon. We checked the internet and determined that we could go to our destination of Boise without any problem and that there was a Lexus dealership there. We went Peterson's the next morning at 7:30 a.m. and were greeted by Bill. He got us right in, without an appointment, and the service technician found the problem. Luckily they had the part and they had us back on the road by 9:30 a.m. Can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had at Peterson Lexus and highly recommend their service department. more

Service on my IS350 Lexus 11/2/2011

As always, Traci Recla makes it a pleasure to come back for service! RO# 105635. Hence, despite being extremely frugal (cheap), I still know I get the best service, both maintenance and customer service for my dollar(s). As a Retired Navy Nuclear Submarine Commander, I understand the value of Quality in Service. Getting stuck out in the middle of Idaho Desert is not a pretty site, yet, I never have even considered that Traci and Peterson Lexus would give me anything less than 110% from the service dept. Hence, I don't even check tires, fluids and oils before an immediate long trip because I feel comfortable it was done correctly. Thanks Traci and Lexus Service Dept. Curt Rideout more

Timing Belt Replacement 10/29/2011

RO#228109 - I called peterson toyota in boise idaho to get a quote for my timing belt replacement. I thought the price would be too high, but I wanted to get an idea of the cost. I was connected with Shelby Billig customer service technician. She was great. She first looked up the total price of what would need to be replaced normally with the timing belt. She told me the total cost and I was ready to wait and hope for the best for my toyota tacoma truck. She said well let me see if there are coupons this month to help with lowering the cost. She found a great coupon. She was very nice and courtous. After the work was completed she told me three things that should be done on my truck. I did end up declining due to the total amount of cost was climbing. She did recommend the water pump and drive belts to be replaced. I agreed to replace those. I am definately pleased with the service and quality of work peterson toyota has done. They also inspected my truck for free to make sure there was no rust on the frame of the truck. I will definately be going back to get the other 3 recommendations done on my truck. more

RO# 2255022. My service adviser, Shelby, was efficient, friendly, and helpful as usual. I always appreciate how she can be both business-like and friendly at the same time. The service was completed on time at the price I had been advised of. Shelby went over the service noting a few things we would need to pay attention to at the next service. My Highlander was returned to me washed, cleaned and gleaming. more

Good: Marlon was a good listener and therefore was attentive to my personal car needs. He gave me information about different types of cars that helped me weigh out the pros and cons. I also liked that he was congenial and sincere. I didn't feel like he just wanted to make a sale--he seemed genuinely interested in helping me make a decision that I would be happy with once I left the lot;he succeeded! I love my car and when it comes time to get another car I would look Marlon up, for sure.. more
