Primary health overland 2/15/2013

My dad went to primary health on overland for jaundice. The dr (who is not an MD) failed to do his job. He collected blood samples 3 times and still no answers on why he was jaundice. Weeks went by and still nothing. I took my dad to st lukes family medicine and in 48 hours they diagnosed my dad with cancer. Primary health should not be open for business. Also the PA-C AND THE DO (doctor of osteopathy) should not be tryimg to treat people when they lack the knowledge. They don't care about a human being , they care about money. My dad has cancer and the DO should have found it as quickly as st lukes. I will never go back nor anyone else we know. This major mistake could have cost my dads life. more

Worst company in Boise 12/16/2012

Went for a mole removal, was charged the highest possible allowable through insurance, appx. $2000, for a procedure that should have been around $200. Staff looked miserable and overall terrible experience. My family and friends have all had similarly bad experiences with this company more

Ugggghhhhh.... 4/2/2006

A member of my family recently saw a doctor at the Primary Health on Eagle Road. The dr. was quite short and curt and basically dismissed the family members complaint as being a waste of his time. Then to top it all off, PH is no longer a preferred provider and didn't have the courtesy to mention that when we paid the co-pay.... more

Great Doctors and an Inviting Atmosphere for Children 12/29/2005

Most children do not get excited to go to the doctors, but I am surprised to say that mine do. They love Dr. Ally and the gang at Primary Health. The waiting room provides an inviting place for kids to prepare to see the doctor. There is a separate room for those with children who are there on Well Baby Visit's, so that they are not surrounded by those who are sick. Dr. Ally has a great relationship with the kids and my children absolutely love her! If you are new to the area and are looking for the best...give Primary health a serious look. more

Slow service 12/28/2005

I went here myself a few weeks back for a pain in my upper back. I had to leave work early because the pain was so bad. I had to sit in their waiting room for over two hours in serious pain and when I finally got in there she looked at my back and said it was a muscle that did not contract. They gave me a perscription for some muscle relaxers which worked after three or so days. I felt the whole thing was very cold and almost like an assembly line. They gave me adequate service for what ailed me but next time I will go to my family doctor. more

Primary Health Pediatrics. Great doctors 7/31/2005

Both of my daughters have been going to the doctors at Primary Health Pediatrics since birth. The doctors came to see both of my babies at the hospital. When I was experiencing my own health issues the doctor was very concerned about me and even called my home. They ease all your fears about being a parent. They love children and the kids love them too. I feel safe with my childrens health in their hands. They have great toys in the play area also. Suckers and stickers for the kids make them happy. more
