The fish at this store are always in great shape, and the tanks are clean. Also the birds are friendly. They have been hand raised, and are easy to handle. The cages are clean, which is very hard to do! Their prices are good and their inventory levels are good. The employees know their products and are willing to help and answer any questions that you have. more

Good prices, great service 7/8/2005

We used to go to a private groomer, but found we could pay less and take her in on the weekends if we went to Petsmart. The groomers know their stuff, and the staff go out of their way to make drop off and pick up convenient for you. They even offered to keep her an extra several hours on the day of a Colts' game, in case we wanted to stay home and watch the whole thing! That's service! more
