The lack of training for the management team at this location is apparent, from the moment you enter the store. Cashiers are often overwhelmed with no back-up in sight. Managers are relunctant to help customers or employees. Pets are not properly handled in PetCare, Grooming, or the PetsHotel. It is a frustrating experience for customers and their pets. It is obvious, that customer service is not a priority at this store.
