I met with a lady named Holly Nestor. Total arrogant snob. She acted pleased and happy to give me pennies on the dollar for my diamond earrings. These earrings were .66 carat, G color and Si1 clarity and cost $2300 and were purchased in March 2014. She offered me $100 and said ""diamonds just don't bring much"". Yeah, right, Holly. I bet they'll bring a lot if you put them in Perry's case and sell them. Regardless of whether the price was fair or not, she just seemed to enjoy insulting me. Terrible customer service. more

High class Pawn shop 12/4/2011

This place is a joke. After seeing their ad, I decided to go by and get a 2nd quote for my jewelry. I signed in and waited nearly an hour to be offered much less for my Jewelry than the previous place I'd just came from. There is absolutely NOTHING special about this place nor what they pay. Good Prices and Pretty Jewelry 6/1/2010

The ring almost ruined my marriage before we even got hitched. I laid out some serious change on a diamont engagement ring at Perry's. My girlfriend was all happy with it until one of her friends said that I probably got ripped off. So I take the ring to Diamonts Inc.. Guy asks me where I bought it and how much. I tell him and he says that its worth $5,000.00 less than I paid for it. Great. I clam up. I didn't say anything to my girlfriend. I just said I didn't have time to get it apprased. I figure I'll raise some dust at Perrys after I calm down and my fiancees hair gets untwisted. Pros: Good Prices Unusual Stuff Cons: Dont know more

Long time customer! 6/1/2010

I had to laugh at the "snooty" comment. Folks at Perry's at SouthPark are anything BUT snooty! A couple of years ago, Mr. Perry walked around the mall wearing overhauls! Yes, they have some nice looking gals working there, but they're classy, not snooty. Nice gals. They have a couple of older guys who have been in the business for many years. They know their stuff. You want to buy a nice piece? Ask for Lou. He's about as snooty as a bagel and as knowledgeable as World Book Encyclopedia. You want a great deal? Attend one of their charity auctions and bid on some really nice stuff. Get a great price and a nice piece of jewelry AND help out someone in need. I've been knowing and buying from Mr. Perry and his wife since they were just starting out, and I've bought something nice for my wife at Perry's every year for about thirty years. Great memories. Great price. Fantastic, beautiful jewelry. Better yet, Perry's is home grown! more

Manager not rude if you are RICH 9/17/2008

I found the place snooty. They advertise "top prices paid for gold"! After chunking my engagement ring into the scale (retailed for $2500 at a well known local jewelry store), the guy offered me $100. He acted like my ring was something out of a box of cracker jacks!!! Found out that the very rude sales person was actually the manager! Very rude and disrespectful. Will not go back and will tell my friends. Folks don't go there unless you have extremely expensive jewelery to sell.... might be nice to you then. Don't expect top dollar if you do. Who hired this manager? more

Exceptional. Period! 6/4/2008

I purchased my wedding band with Jo Dowless at Perry's and could not have asked for a better experience. Perry's does have plenty of merchandise I could never dream of affording, but I was never made to feel as if I wasn't the "caliber" of shopper they're used to. Jo was patient and knowledgeable, and I even ended up finding a ring for 60% off during a clearance sale. Pros: exceptional service, beautiful selection, very convenient location Cons: prices may be a bit high on very basic pieces (but I'm no expert!) more

Perrys at South Park 11/30/2005

I love going to Perry's at Southpark. They are a lot of fun to be around, especially in shopping there. They are so nice and knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you may have. They will also make suggestions if asked, and they are not pushy at all. I love their location on Sharon Road, as it is easy to get into and get out of. I especially like their selection of jewelry. It's out of their world, and I can tell they take pride in their work. I do recommend Perry's of Southpark for all your jewelry needs. I do not think you will go wrong in shopping there. Very nice indeed. more
