Great Service 4/18/2011

I have been going to perfect tan for a few weeks now for infrared wrap treatments. I have been three times each week and I am so pleased with my experience with Perfect Tan. The hours are great! They open early in the morning and don't close until late at night, so it is easy for me to get in with my crazy and ever changing schedule! Also the business is clean and the girls that work there are super friendly, helpful and very informative. They have taken very good care of me. The most exciting thing for me is the results I have seen and felt from the infrared wraps. FINALLY! weight loss results! I have dieted and dieted and nothing has given me such dramatic weight loss results as the infrared wraps at Perfect Tan. Other salons do infrared wraps but nothing works like the Formostar. Also, they are great to call when there is a cancellation for a time that I need. Thank you, Thank you! more

Horrible Service 3/8/2010

I was waiting in line for a bed on the evening of 3/8/10 and was told the wait would be 5 minutes. In walks a guy who never signed in and was flirting with the staff and the next thing you know he was escorted back to the bed I was waiting for. I brought this to their attention and then told them I knew exactly what they did and called them on it. She then offered me 1 free tan. Real helpful when its already free. I am a paying customer not a flirty friend of the staff who didn't pay. The owner isn't tending the store. I won't be coming back and will demand a refund for my remaining tans. I Love to Tan 6/5/2008

I have been a customer of Perfect Tan for 5 1/2 years. I absolutely love the beds, I have always been satisfied with them. \r Most of the staff has knowledge when it comes to anything that has to do with tanning, some of the staff is lacking in the ""friendly"" department though......sometimes they are preoccupied with a television show, or a conversation they are having on their cell phones. I had my daughters in there tonight while I tanned and an employee can in complaining about how her ex-husband had gained 100 pounds and tried selling her vitamins, with the language that she was using I doubt that she noticed 3 children sitting there listening. Not very professional. \r But all in all I love perfect tan. Pros: knowledge of staff, beds are always clean, location Cons: Staff being preoccupied with personal issues more

If it has to do with great tanning ... you can find it there. 1/19/2007

I love Perfect Tan! I have been tannig there for years. I drive about 8 miles from south Provo to get there and the drive is worth it. I love the pricing options and cleanliness. There are conveniences I don't see other places and I have always been treated with friendliness and helpfulness. My great tan is a Perfect Tan. more

I love that they have variety! You can get everything u want and more there.... their lotions are a couple bucks cheaper than others, plus with more variety...They have coupons comparison deals and frankly a very well set up salon. If you don't see how much better they are than other cramped/old salons around Orem, u must not go out much. Pros: everything Cons: nothing more

Go somewhere else 3/29/2006

You have to wonder about a place that's advertises as aggressively as they do... I went there and because the beds were ""so strong!"" I went for 15. I got no color. So I went the next day for the full time--no color. I was thoroughly unimpressed, as I tan easily. I was not impressed with them AT ALL! Cons: crappy beds, inconvenient location more

The Worst Tanning Salon EVER 3/5/2006

The staff sucked. The lotion was WAY over priced, I can go down the street and find it for half the price. Out of the two times I went there I got absoultly to color. They say they change the bulbs all the time but I can assure you they never do. Its a waste of money and time Cons: everything more

The best you will find 5/6/2005

I have tanned for years, no place in Utah county has more beds to choose from. The high pressure beds are great and the leg tanner. I love their pricing system, one pass and you can tan in any bed. I always get good results, there bulbs are always fresh. The place is clean staff helpful. more

    We searched and found the best beds in the country! Our beds are new and top of the line with high intensity bulbs. All our beds have high pressure facial tanners for more color to your face without burning, or you can just turn them off. We pulled extra power to make sure the beds run at over 100% of output.

    We change out our bulbs at half the life our lamp manufacturer recommends. Most tanning lamps are rated between 800 and 1,000 hours of life. We change out our bulbs at 400 hours or less giving our clients the results they pay for. Tanning bed maintenance is done weekly to insure that all beds and lamps are working properly.
