Why are they even in business 3/24/2012

My son took my truck out there on a thursday. It had an emissions light on. They told him to bring it back on Saturday and they would do a smoke test on it. Took the truck there at 10am. At 1:20pm I decided to go out there and I was told there tester didnt work so they couldnt do it. The assistant manager Brad was a total jerk! This boy needs taken outside and taught some manners. Avoid this place, total bunch of morons! I had to give them one star as it is required, but it should be a big fat zero like the brains in Brads head! more

Please avoid, if you are in need of reliable service. 4/30/2007

unreliable & expensive while your dealer will be reliable with some accountability for the work, though expensive. I've had my car in there 3 times in 2 weeks & everytime they quoted a new problem. Does it mean that problem came in prior 48 - 72 hour ? well may be, but chances are they thery were incompetent to begin with to diagnose the problem & then turned off the engine sign, charged me > $500 again & again & again . Didn't they see that problem when car was in 1st & 2nd & 3rd time. Talk of responsibilty & accountability for the work. So if you still choose to go there : good luck! Pros: cheap Cons: I guess, yuo get what you pay for more
