My daughter was returning to Mich from Mrylnd when her fuel pump quit. Ed was informative with towing info, sympathetic to a stranded student, and got her money off by suggesting their reward card. They worked late to get her on the road the same day as her car broke down mid-afternoon. Very grateful. more

Warning 1/31/2010

I would like to advise against taking any vehicle to PepBoys in Cranberry Twp. I brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change at the end of my work day and the staff member neglected to replace the oil in my car and did not replace the oil cap. I did smell a burning and my motor blew up. When towed back PepBoy, they denied all responsibility. more

Big Business...poor service 6/17/2005

Pep Boys is a national chain, however the Pep Boys in Cranberry Township should be called Pit Boys. Not only are the customer service reps. cool and uncaring but the service is unreliable at best. They do have a nice website that offers valuable information about the products & services they offer. Their location is easy to find. more
