HORRIBLE-NEVER VISIT THIS STORE, PLEASE FIND ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!! I have visited this store on several occasions and never had a good experience, but this one in particular was OUTRAGEOUS! After haggling with them to give me a discounted price on some hair that was mangaled and was not in its original packaging ( no bag at all), I finally purchased something. I left the store and turned around after remembering that I had forgotten something. I went back into the store and the owner accused me of stealing-a pack of hair that SHE HAD IN HER HAND. How did I steal it if it is in YOUR hand? She claimed she had footage of me placing ""something"" in my bag. She proceeds to LOCK the door and claimed she called the police. I patiently waited for them to arrive in the meantime reviewing the camera footage, so that she could feel like the ignorant person she was. After seeing that I did not place anything in my bag she began to smile and apologize. I proceeded to call the police for her antics, thinking she had already called them; as I am on the phone she then mentioned that she did not call them. I let her know that she had lost a good customer and I would never return. She then tried to bribe me w free items and be friendly. I exited and waited for the police to arrive so that I could file the report. No thank you! PLEASE save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere, preferably a shop w quality hair products and customer service! I will not support any business that treats people with stereotypes in mind...please you all do the same. I hope this saves some people the embarrassment and anguish that I have suffered.
