Marvin Grino was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process of purchasing my new Infiniti. He is very knowledgeable about the cars' features and the differences between models. All my questions regarding the Infiniti G37, its performance, and its maintenance were well addressed. Marvin went on to discuss and demo a plethora of practical features, both before and after I decided to purchase the vehicle. He was genuinely enthusiastic and helpful, and he made price negotiation a pleasant experience. Since purchasing my car, Marvin has even checked in occasionally. Samuel is one of the best car-salesman I have done business with. He is very knowledgeable about the cars and models and answered all my questions which gave me confidence in my purchase decision. Randy at Peninsula Infiniti went absolutely above and beyond in customer service and service recovery. My new Q50 had a problem with the SOS assistant not working on the day I received my new car. It ended up taking a week to get it fixed due to the holidays, but Randy personally took my husband and I to the airport to make sure that we were not stranded. He called me everyday to let me know the status of the repair and even when he was not on duty at work, he made sure that the service agent took care of me and had asked another sales rep to make sure that I understood how to use the personal assistant.\r more

Sam helped my wife and I purchase a new Infiniti QX60 Hybrid and he was just amazing. He was super informative about the car and our options, without ever being pushy. He was honest, open and straightforward and made us feel totally comfortable all the way through the process. And even after he made the sale, he has continued to help us with understanding all the technology in the car. Bob couldn't have been nicer or more helpful in getting the necessary work done on my '06 G35 coupe. When it was clear that the new tires wouldn't be available the same day, he got me a courtesy car for the weekend. Bob kept me informed by phone of the progress and let me know as soon as my car was ready to pick up. He's a great asset to the Peninsula Infiniti service department.\r more
