Droped off my 09 VRod for a repair estimate on 4/2/10. Received an estimate on 4/8/10. Geico appraised the damage on 4/9/10 and mailed the check on 4/12/10. Peninsula HD ordered the parts only after receiving the check around 4/16/10 even though Geico had informed that they had approved the repairs. After receiving the parts, I had to be scheduled to be serviced event though the motorcycle was in the shop since 4/2/10. On 5/10/10 received a call from Peninsula HD telling me that they needed more parts to finish the repair and that the parts would take at least 1 MONTH to arrive and then it would take another 2 weeks to complete the repair. According to them, the parts arrived 6/11/10 and they would get the repairs done in 1-2 weeks. Last spoke to them on 6/25/10 and it was not done yet because ""they are a small shop and one mechanic was sick"". It has been almost 3 months already and still no idea when I will get back my motorcycle. This is the last Harley I will own.
