I sent my sheets to Peninou to be cleaned. When they came back the sheets had changed color and there was a white spot on the bottom sheet(the sheets were a tan color). I called Peninou and told them what had happen and they said they would pick up the sheets and take a look at them and get to me within a couple of days. Thats were it all started. Now 20 phone calls later numerous emails and even a visit to the company has produced nothing. They said they had to send the sheets to a lab and it would take no more then 2 weeks. Ok, well here it is 3 months! I've talked to 3 people in the company, they have given me nothing but the runaround. Peninou should take responsibility for there mistake. Next step small claims court. Please Beware!!
