Heating check 11/29/2018

Matt and Jake do excellent work for us in maintaining the comfort of our residence. They are very proficient in their field. They also explain things to educate us on the operation of the heating and cooling. This helps us in assuring that we are utilizing the equipment in the way that it was intended. Highly recommend them. more

Awesome company! 10/26/2018

First time customer, I needed some work done. I called in the morning, they responded quickly, assessed the situation, got the parts and finished the job in a timely fashion for a reasonable price. Matt was very professional and Sue addressed a billing issue promptly. They were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend their company to anyone. more

Heating check 3/4/2018

Matt has always been very helpful on any of our heating and cooling issues. Very well trained and informative of any issue they we have encountered. The ladies at the office are very nice and accommodating at anytime we need assistance. Highly recommended to anyone that has a heating or cooling issue. more

Jeff Q. was our Field Service Technician. He was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Jeff treated us as an important customer and not like a number on his list of places to go. Jeff was able to fix our furnace and took his time to explain to us on what the problem was. We called Pelles Heating & Cooling Services and Jeff was at our home the next morning! That is great service! Jeff did not leave our home until he knew our furnace was working the way it should. Jeff is a huge asset to Pelles Heating & Cooling Services! The price was perfect for the work that was done. We highly recommend Pelles Heating & Cooling Services. You will receive great service, prices and a very friendly and knowledgeable Field Service Technician! more

Fix your unit fast 6/17/2005

The technicians at Pelles are well trained in heating/cooling devices. They are usually able to offer next day availability. The prices are average. They work best with Carrier machines and their brother systems. They offer a general inspection of your machine & estimate the cost of repair vs. cost of replacement. If replacement is necessary, however, it is better to go elsewhere as their prices are high on new units. more
