Peking Chinese Restaurant

I have been coming here for years and have NEVER had a bad meal or experience! The staff is helpful and polite, the food is amazing and the owner recognizes me every time i come in, even if its been a year between visits. Amazing food- don't miss this gem. more

Unorganized servings, late food, terrible service!!! Blames between waitress for many mistakes. Foods all came very late and like 5-10 minutes intervals one by one and for the complaints regarding this, the owner came back with so many rude words and finally shoutings to each other! Then one waitress who cared so mucn about the other customers' attention to the table finally came and said very soft and quietly ""if you don't want to eat then just leave..."" What!! after 50 minutes waiting we all came out with hunger and terrible anger. I was not there for begging foods. I would give minus score if there is. One star is too much for this restaurant. Cant believe this restaurant has been there many years. Cons: Service was too bad. I couldn't even taste the food. more

I ate at Peking several years ago and it was amazing! I was so excited to b emoving close so that I could eat there regularly, since Chinese is my favorite. They must have had a change of ownership since I was there last, because the food was terrible. I ate almost none of my dinner, told they waitress how awful it was (and she charged me anyway!) and left it there. Don't waste your time, there has to be good Chinese somewhere around here! more

A couple years ago my husband and I happened to try this place and it's great. We go there specifically for the Chinese-Korean dishes they have. The trick though is that you can only order them if you can read Korean (or I suppose you could describe the dish to them if you know what you're looking for). We've also tried some of their non-Korean dishes and they are very good too! We typically do takeout so we've never eaten in their restaurant before, but the takeout service has always been excellent. They're really friendly & nice. There are many Korean-style Chinese dishes available in Korea. This place has many of those dishes and they are all delicious. Staffs are all very kind and friendly. Food is great at an amazing price. If you are a fan of some Korean-style Chinese dishes, you have to try this place. Pros: Good food, Great people, Good price Cons: Nothing, really more

This place has some pretty darn fine food. Not as authentic as I have had overseas, but a solid effort. The service is good, but I know the owner and others have expressed mild dissatisfaction with the servers. If you ask nicely they may even give you some darn good kimchi, I know it's Korean, but it's a favorite of some of the patrons. If you want total authenticity, go to china, if you want very good chinese food here in the states, that's tailored to american tastes, check out Peking.
