Good: Price decent.. Bad: Cake appearance didn't match what was shown on website cake "gallery". Close, but no cigar. "Cherry blossoms" on cake were not cherry blossoms. Bavarian cream filling? Where? Okay, a tiny trace was there, but stingy. Most of all, cake equipment deposit ($50) was accidentally double charged and is a pain in the butt. It's 2011, find something disposable to not inconvenience your customers with things like this. Cake presented on a piece of cardboard box with a mirrored base.. Improvements: Find some sort of disposable internal structure or build it in to price, I have made cakes, these parts are not anywhere near $50. Mirrored base should be optional for this reason.. Other: Most importantly, owner Jamie was nice all along but once she had our money, and the wedding was over, she turned rude. We were a bit late meeting with her to get deposit back, and she left snotty voicemail about how we had exactly 2 minutes to get there if we wanted our money! All professionalism went right out the window once the wedding was over with. Cake was over an hour drive each way, and wasn't even that good. Or that pretty. Not horrid, but definitely just middle-of-the-road..
