Dr. Wen is very gentle with the kids, and has a calm demeaner, even when she discovered an emergency situation with our newborn. She listens to the kids and to the parents, and takes the time you need for thorough examination. She called the hospital to check on our baby and called us at home to personally follow up. Fantastic lady, extremely competent. Children's hospital staff spoke highly of her. Recommend her without reservations. No complaints. Waiting 10 minutes doesn't bother us because we know she spends the time the patients need, even if the appointment goes a little long.
