I have been dealing with Pearson Tire and Auto for almost 50 years. In all that time, with all the people and businesses I've encountered, I have never met finer, better people. Randall and Sonny offer the greatest service you'll ever find. They will do everything humanly possible to help you out, even road service. Pearson is the most respected auto mechanic in all of Central Virginia.
A lot of elected officials go to Randall and Sonny for advice on their their cars, because they are trustworthy, and very active in the community. The service in the shop is 110, and they make certain that you are satisfied. They have a respect for their customers that is above and beyond. To give an example, I always like to have my vehicles gone over before I go out of town, to prevent any problems on the road. The last time, a huge storm had come through, and it was dangerous to be out driving. Well, I made it to the shop, but told them not to worry about it due to the weather. Before I could finish speaking, they had my car in the garage, and went over it completely, at no charge. That's the kind of dedication you can expect from Pearson.
I've encountered some awful companies in my time, and I could tell you some things, but I'll just say that Randall and Sonny are a fine bunch, and you won't find a better auto mechanic. A lot of places get a lot of turnover, but Pearson keeps a steady crew, and they know their customers. The are known all around Virginia, and for good reason.
