I ordered a valance and 2 pillows from their website. When the order came (which did take a couple weeks, but I wasn't in a hurry to receive it), only 1 of the 3 items was what I wanted. The valance that was pictured on their website had a scalloped bottom, but when it came it had a straight bottom. Both pillows were different even though I ordered a quantity of 2 of the same line item, so I assumed I was ordering the same kind of pillow. I called the manufacturer, who shipped the items directly to me and had to leave a message. Have not received a phone call back. I called the 800 number and was told to fill out the online form under ""contact us"" and he also gave me an e-mail address to send pictures to: support@paulshomefashions dot com. I filled out the online form as well as sent a separate e-mail with pictures. I have not received a phone call or e-mail response and it has been a few days. I finally called back the 800 number so that I could just return the items because I have gotten nowhere in trying to resolve the issue. Again, I'm told to go online and fill out the form to get return instructions within 24 hours. So, I did that and funny how now I get a response that the manufacturer is sending me the correct pieces. We shall see if/when I receive them.
