This office has no compassion for anyone. The entire office is all about appearances, nothing more. It's about how much cash they can make, nothing about the patient, whatsoever. The office itself has that "Las Vegas" appearance and once you walk through the door, you actually end up loosing just as much money as if you were in Las Vegas. Both father and son have no "bedside manner" at all. I think they have TV's in every room so they don't have to talk to you. PROS: None CONS: What more can I say! more

I went to Dr. Matrullo who put a crown on a tooth & I would NEVER EVER return to that man again. I went to him as a second opinion & he started doing work immediately. I was so overwhelmed & when he mentioned I then owed him $1500 cash I burst into tears. Afterward I had nothin but problems with the tooth. From my understanding the root was still there & was repeatidly getting infected. I then got very sick, throwing up (that caused blood vessels in my eyes to burst), my face was so swollen, I had emergency surgery so the infection didn't reach my brain. I then had to have a surgery through the gum to cut back the root. Almost a year later it is still getting infected & in need of another surgery(that insurance wont cover a second time for some reason).If only he hadn't put the crown on I wouldnt be dealing with these issues today. I have also heard many other complaints, even from some professionals in the field. I would never recommend anyone there.Its all about money not the patient more

Very gentle and patient. The staff is friendly and understands those of us that fear dentists. They try to make you as comfortable as possible. They also make every effort to see patients on an emergency basis. more
