I would have to say I really like this bar. The nieghborhood people are nice and conversational, the bar tenders are quik and friendly. There was this guy who introduced himself as larry Mondelo, but everyone at the bar called him Greg { I was wondering if it was some kind of inside joke to make fun of a new guy}. He started out to be a really decent fella but it seemed like he turned into a diffrent person after four jagermisters. There is a nice deck outside and a bowling machine that bar fairgoers share a strong rivalry with. The smell is better since the mens room plumbing was fixed. They do not have fancy beer becuase this a small nieghborhood bar with nieghborhood people. If you want an expensive fruity teenage beer then go pick up a bundle of sticks and go to the wherehouse disterict. This is not an urban club where people dance around in diapers or cardboard skirts. If you want to talk football then Vinnie is then man to talk to. I don't know if he really knows what he says but I've never seen someone speak so theatricaly like he's quoting shackspeare. I don't know why people say this place is dirty. I think it's becuase they have not changed the interior design in twentey eight years. Now you know how this bar is like. Don't be afraid if everyone turns around when you walk in like it's highnoon at Dodge City, they're just curious neighbors so Give Patrick's a try. eventuly I did learn that Larry's name is accually Greg.......... but he'll always be Larry to me. especially after four jages.
Pros: parking, service, friendly, cheap beer, smoking deck
Cons: not very modern
