Pascale has been practicing in Lafayette since 1984. She received her esthetician and massage therapist training in France's finest schools and salons. Pascale opened her first salon, Pascale's Centre de Beaute, in 1987 and successfully introduced the concept of day spa to Acadiana. In 1998, PASCALE'SPA opened in Lafayette's Oil Center Gardens. Among the numerous awards received over the years, PASCALE'SPA was voted "Best Spa of Acadiana" in the Times of Acadiana readers poll in 1999, 2000, and 2006.
