I am glad to have found the folks at Parmer Lane. My family and I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Garcia and her team. Friendly, attentive, funny -- overall, a great atmosphere. I consider Parmer Lane to be a partner in my personal wellness. Dr. Peters has impressed the importance of taking care of my teeth ? as the health of my gums and teeth affect the rest of my body. She stays abreast with the latest information and shares what she knows with me. When I have dental needs beyond regular check-ups, I know the cost before the work begins and the procedure is described as it's taking place. I feel like the folks here truly care about me. Why? I get a follow up call each time I have a major procedure ? they want to make sure everything is okay. This is great service. more

My wife and I went to Parmer Lane about two years ago. I was stationed at fort hood as an active duty soldier and don't really care for the Army dentist's. The reason I am writing this two years later is that about a week ago I had a COLLECTION AGENCY call me and told me I owed money, from two years ago, to Parmer lame. I was to say the least, pissed off. I live in Florida and every six months Parmer Lame sends me an email telling me to come in and get a cleaning. Why they couldn't have emailed me about this bill is beyond me? I have spent over four thousand dollars there and they send me to collections for $93.00 dollars, TWO YEARS LATER. It's not the fact of owing the money, it's the fact of how they went about it.This place pushes every treatment they offer. Perhaps they would be better off selling used cars instead of fixing teeth. If you are a soldier, related to a soldier, or just want to be treated fairly look someplace else. Avoid this place like the plague!! more

I would just love to say this is one of the best dental offices I have every been to. Dr. T is a great dentist and takes her time and lets you make up your mind on what is best for you once she gives you your options. One of my big heroes in the dental office is a young lady named Rose!!!!!! MY HERO!!!!!! This is the first office I have ever been to that will push for your insurance to do what is right. She takes extra time to make sure the pay what they are supposed to and money does not come out of my pocket. You can't ask for much more, especially when you think of the great smile they have help me get and pay for!!!!! more

Our dentist retired after many fabulous years of work and we were left to find a new dentist. I have two children (10 and 12) and for the past few years we have been going to Parmer Lane Family Dentistry. I love the online appointment system and email notifications, but mostly I love the people. ""George"" and Dr. Peters are an amazing team...they communicate without words to help relax and distract a patient and if your mouth wasn't wide open you would almost forget you were at the dentist. I recommend them to anyone who wishes to have work done in a professional, time efficient, and friendly manner. My 10 and 12 year old children enjoy going to the dentist. They do like the stickers but they love the toothbrush, white gum ball machine, and individual toothpaste they get at the end of their visit even more. The location is very conveniently located off of MOPAC and Parmer (just west of MOPAC) and the building is clean and beautiful with a lovely ""back yard"" view while you watch the World Cup (or other TV channel) and have your work done! I really like the folks at Parmer Lane. I have coming here for little over a year, and my experiences have been great. Dr. Mokeyev is my dentist, and let me tell you, she is funny and caring. And she is good at what she does. She has always been thorough with her work and listens to my concerns. When I had a crown replaced, she was very gentle and patient. more

Dr. Garcia is phenomenal. I can attest to this because she dramatically improved my smile with Invisalign. I used to be ashamed of my smile, but I walk around with so much confidence now. I truly wish that I had been with Dr. Garcia from the beginning. But so long as I live in Austin, she will be my go to dentist. more

I have had 2 crowns put in by Dr. Garcia, and I find her to be very professional and knowledgeable. She is very clear in explaining what my dental needs are; in a way that I could understand it. I have been a patient at Parmer Lane Family Dentistry for 5 years now. My original dentist, Dr. Devine, retired a couple of years ago, and I was left in the care of Dr. Garcia. I must say that I have been nothing but impressed with her service--she has a friendly smile and is very gentle. Dr. Garcia is an artist! There is a stark difference between Dr. Garcia and my previous (4) dentists. First, she has great chair-side manners-- she takes the time to listen to my concerns. Second, she is good at what she does. She fixed problems that were a result of inappropriate treatments I had received in the past. Not only is my mouth healthy and balanced, my smile has been restored! This is not an overstatement--I used to look like B. Bunny--sad, really. This was due to bad craftsmanship on my front two teeth from a visit with another dentist. After explaining to Dr. Garcia that I was tired of looking like a cartoon character, she did wonders with my teeth. Aside from her work, I must comment on the office atmosphere. The place is outfitted with state of the art equipment. The staff is professional and pleasant. Desi, the receptionist, worked with me on occasions when I was unable to make my appointment--she never gave me attitude for rescheduling--in fact, she was very pleasant and offered alternative dates. Deidra, the dental assistant is so knowledgeable and makes the entire experience better, and she down right funny. I have had several procedures done, including restoration of my front teeth, caps, porcelain build up, and fixing of an old root canal, many cavities, and cleaning. In short, Dr. Garcia has the patience, the plan, the staff, and great craftsmanship. more

While suffering from a tooth ache I made an appointment to see Dr. Garcia. She was highly recommended. The dental exam was very through but most important to me was the care and concern Dr. Garcia took in explaining everything in detail. I must say that Dr. Garcia has warm personality and made feel at ease. Her staff is very professional, friendly and accommodating. (Really quite impressive) My dental treatment was almost painless and the work was done very efficiently (I was not forced to wait a long time between the treatment steps) and the results of the dental work are of the highest quality. more

I can't say enough about Drs. Garcia and Tatyana and their wonderful staff. They offer such a warm and inviting atmosphere that I feel spoiled each time I visit. I feel so fortunate to have been referred to this office. I have had the opportunity of having both doctors perform procedures on me, and I was very satisfied with their chair-side manners and the fact that they took the time to listen to my concerns. In full disclosure, I have had cosmetic work done, including a root canal and several crowns. And the results? No pain and my teeth look great. more

This place is absolutely wonderful! I was living up in Fort Worth when I found out that I had my first two cavities. My experience with that dentist was extremely unpleasant when getting my cavities filled. Afterwards my teeth were never the same. They were very sensitive to hot and cold liquids and would hurt while eating. When I first moved to Austin I met Dr. Garcia and explained to her my situation. I just figured that once you have cavities filled your teeth are never the same. Dr. Garcia asked me to come in and during her examination she determined the problem and gave me a solution. My cavity fillings were not properly sealed a cavity was forming underneath the fillings. I am terrified of needles and any kind of operation so I expressed these feelings to Dr. Garcia and her staff. They were caring, considerate, and very patient with me. There was no pain at all!! After Dr. Garcia filled my cavities I have not had anymore problems. I was a big fan of Dr. Devine, the previous owner of Parmer Lane, so when I heard that he was moving on, I was concerned that the new owner would not provide the type of same level of care/service/pampering I was accustomed with Dr. Devine. However, I can report that the new doctor is quite simply amazing with her level of care and attention. more

I admit it, I had a cavity?well, three of them. One of them was pretty deep and needed a crown. Up until visiting Dr. Garcia, I was terrified of having them repaired. A co-worker recommended Dr. Lucinda Garcia, and now I recommend her to all my friends and family. When I first visited Dr. Garcia, I needed extreme dental work. I was very nervous because I have very sensitive gums, and I am not a big fan of pain. Dr. Garcia was very assuring that the work would be painless, and it was to my surprise. I truly appreciated that she made it a point to make sure I was relaxed and comfortable. The office staff is friendly and helpful in scheduling appointments, and her assistant, Deidra, is funny and fantastic. For a big baby like myself, I no longer fear making an appointment.
