I LOVE Parkside Pilates! Several years ago, I had hip replacement surgery. My surgeon recommended Pilates as a way to regain mobility and rehabilitate my new hip. I found Blane, and the rest is history. I've been seeing him regularly since 2004; he has helped me regain full mobility in my hip, and we've also been working on strengthening my knees to hold off knee surgery. Working with him has made a significant difference in my life: I've lost weight, improved my core muscle tone, and finally found a program that I'll stay with for the rest of my life. I highly recommend Blane and Parkside Pilates!!!!! more
