Scheduled a visit for Parkey's on a Thursday between 12-3:00. At 3:00, still hadn't heard from them. Having to go to work at 5, I chose to call Parkey's and tell them I couldn't wait for a late evening visit because I had to go to work. (I understand a job sometimes takes longer than expected. A phone call to explain the situation would have been nice.) I called them and told them I couldn't wait any longer and got the song and dance about a job lasting longer than they thought. I cancelled the appointment for the day and rescheduled for the following Monday between 9-12:00. Just got a call from a Parkey's technician, and he said that he would be available at 10:15 and didn't have to wait for my scheduled 3:15 time. I explained I wasn't scheduled for 3:15, that that was incorrect and to please be here at 10:15. Who do they have working in their offices? They can't get times straight? So far, not real happy with the customer service. Not trying to be difficult, just realistic. The technician arrived and got to work. He appeared to be thorough in his work. He finished the work in about an hour. Everything is working well after a yearly check up with Parkey's. Perhaps consider getting office staff that know how to tell time and know the days of the week.
