Once visited this office frequently for my dentistry work. They changed locations, hired new staff for lower pay, I am sure, and the practice went right down the toilet. Have now been there several times where I have had to wait in excess of 30 minutes without staff even recognizing that I am there. Have also witnessed altercations and arguments between admin. staff and have had the pleasure of overhearing phone conversations that were personal in nature but contained very foul language. We've changed family practices with a few of our friends who also were unhappy. Their offices may not be as fancy but they definitely have a more polite professional staff and less wait time and an acknowledgment that they are running behind. Pros: Not one Cons: Long wait times, rude admin. staff, flippant dentists more

I'm very impressed with Dr. Sari Rosenwein since I became a patient of hers in June 2009. Sure, no one LIKES to go to the dentist, but if you have to go -- and you do know of course that you DO have to go -- I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Rosenwein. She handled gum work for me, explained all the intended work in sufficient detail, and gave me the right amount of novacaine for the procedure. Dr. Rosenwein even listened attentiively to my long and sometimes pointless perspective on everyday absurdities. Or at least she APPEARED to be listening, but hey! That's something I'VE got to work on! Rosenwein's staff is courteous, helpful and friendly, too. Pros: Pain-free dentistry in a spotless neighborhood office. Cons: No valet parking. more
