Worst Body Shop In Dallas.. Paul the Manager does not value clients. Do not do business with them, I brought a Maserati Gran Turismo and a 6 thousand dollar repair, they missed completion dates, mislead me and the advisor was almost imposssible to reach. When I spoke to the manager and asked for a 4 percent discount due to the issues he said I wasn't a good enough Park Place customer to merit a discount! I went to his boss with the genuine complaint and he never returned my call. This is not a good representation of Park Place. Service Bad, Uninterested Attitude , Repair Average at best.
