Last night we ordered 54.00 in food from them using their online service. Entered our credit card information. Was prompted they couldn't authorize our credit card for purchase at this time. So we had to pay in Cash. Well today our credit card issuer called us and Papa John's pizza charged our card twice for 54.00. After calling Papa John's and thier online support line we are told we cannot get our money back for 5-7 business days. What BS...I cant tell them ill pay for the food in 5-7 days why should they be able to hold 110.00 of mine for that long..
