This review was originally written for the NE 72nd branch, which has the same owner. However, it appears that Papa Murphys has deleted the NE 72nd Branch from the review sites after I wrote the review. Hmmm....
Though Papa Murphys has decent pizza and contributes to the community via public radio and fundraisers for our local high-school, the manager has been outright hostile to concerns I've had as a homeowner adjacent to their business. Their delivery trucks repeatedly drove over the planter strips adjacent to my home in front of their parking lot, creating huge mud-puddles, backed into our trees breaking branches off of our 50-year old Japanese maple and would drive the wrong way down our one-way street in front of our home. One produce vehicle almost killed me and my 1-yr old daughter by entering their parking lot at a too-high rate of speed. After an incident whereby I scolded one of the employees for leaving her car alarm going for an extended period in front of our house (and waking my infant daughter), the employees spent one summer night purposely setting their alarms off while we were entertaining. Several days after this incident I had my car window smashed (with nothing stolen). More recently we had an expensive BBQ grill overturned in our backyard while on vacation. Though I admittedly have not acted in the most adult manner during these incidents (getting angry at 16-year olds is never a good idea), the management of this franchise has been outright hostile to my concerns, even when approached in a conciliatory manner. Unfortunately, my family and I are now hostage to the whims of destructive juvenile behavior and have no recourse for remedy due to the management behaving irresponsibly.
Pros: Pizza is a decent value
Cons: Poor neighbors - employees terrorize my family
