Where to begin? The woman that books the appointments for Manhattan -- her name is Amanda -- is INCREDIBLY RUDE! They charged over $700 for routine servicing, after which the a/c promptly started having problems. They then charged $160 for a 5 MINUTE visit to fix the problem THEY CREATED. Once the problem returned they charged another $160 to come try to fix it again. After now having paid them over $1000 to do nothing but be rude and break my a/c I have had to just call it a loss and switch to a reputable and CHEAPER company. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, ENERGY AND MONEY, SKIP PALONE!!
