We had the unique opportunity to enjoy Palms with a very big group, so we got to sample a large selection of items. Several items were outstanding, such as the seafood soup (bursting with flavor), beef salad (great taste) and the green curry (close to perfect, in our opinion). Others, such as the wild boar red curry and roasted quail, while probably aunthetic, were too spicy or unusual for many of our diners. A few dishes were just ordinary (shrimp chips, lo mein noodles).
The main problem with this restaurant was the service. Very fast, and we felt extremely rushed. Part of the problem may be that traditional Thai food is served all at once, but they really didn't seem to try to accomodate our needs. They are apparently a very busy place, but they should have at least attempted to make us comfortable.
Pros: food
Cons: , service, noisy
