This place is a complete joke. Now, I have ordered from them MANY, MANY times over the course of a few years, so this is not just one bad deal, it is several. I am finally just so fed up.... Examples:
Example 1: They offer HOT sandwiches. I only live less than 0.5 miles from this place, and EVERY TIME they tell me it will be an hour to an hour and a half. Okay, fine. But they never get here when they say they will, and that HOT sandwich I ordered is mysteriously cold. When I call them because not only were they late, but my hot sandwich is cold, there is no good exuse and I can't understand the ramblings anyways...
Example 2: The other night my entire order was messed up. Nothing was as I had specified it to be. Annoyed, I called them and do you know what they said to me? The man on the phone asked if I remembered what the driver looked like.... mmmm, what does that have to do with anything?? Well, the man explained, the drivers are in charge of the food, so it was his fault. NO JOKE!!! I argued this logic with the man (b/c come on, REALLY???) and he finally just told me to call back in an hour when the manager would be there. I hung up. Most places would have offered their profuse apologies, a coupon, SOMETHING. Nope, I get told it was the drivers fault my order blew and there is nothing they can do about it.
Example 3: I tested the ""Driver Theory"". I put in an order for delivery and when it showed up over an hour and a half later (not on time) and cold, I asked the driver if it would be considered his fault if my order was messed up. The driver gives me a rude look (yeah, no one over there has manners I guess - the whole lot of them are scammers I suppose) and says to me tersely, ""No."" Hmmm, then why did your probably manager try to pin it on one of your drivers just the other day. I got another rude look, no answer, and he left.
I will never order from this awful place ever again. And neither should you....
