My husband, son and I went to Paesano's with my husband's parents. My mother-in-law had made a reservation, but we still ended up standing outside in the rain for at least 20 minutes waiting for our table. Then they put the 5 of us at a table for 4 where we didn't even have enough room to sit without hitting each other. The waitress was awful. She only brought 3 glasses of water for 5 people. When we asked for a glass of ice and more water, we never got it, until my husband went and asked for it at the service counter. The waitress obviously didn't care for children as she kept making snide remarks about my son. I finally had enough of her and left without ordering anything, leaving my husband and his parents. My father-in-law ordered 2 appetizers which the waitress never informed the kitchen staff of. We didn't ever get them and when asked about them, the waitress said she was too busy to put the order in. Finally, my mother-in-law had had enough of the waitress and asked for the entire order to made to go. The waitress just stood there giving my mother-in-law a very dirty look. The food was good, but I've had just as good or better at other Italian restaurants. The service - simply awful. My husband and I won't be going back.
