Finally Comfortable 1/15/2009

I am a single female and always wary of having my car worked on and being taken advantage of. But finally I have found a place I feel is truly professional and honest. This place is great !!! I have comparison shopped after dropping my car off several places to get quotes and this one is always the best deal (and doesn't try overselling me things I don't need). I plan on being a life long customer , even if I move across town :) I was referred here, and in turn refer anyone I know needing car repairs.\r \r Thanks guys !! more

great customer service; honest 5/29/2008

The few times I've been in Packard have been positive ones. They've been knowledgeable and they actually didn't charge me for a tire "patch" when I had a flat. Good guys. I would highly recommend them. Pros: customer service, helpfulness; knowledge Cons: none more

WONDERFUL PLACE 1/26/2008

Everyone that works there is nice and polite!!! I took my car in at 8 it was done at 1045. THEY called me to let me know my car was complete. The best part of all it was CHEAPER than what they thought it would be. Only by a few dollars but still, its the first time some other random charges didnt come up for made up stuff like blinker fluid or something. They are honest, fair...AWESOME!!!! I will forever use them. more

I can count on Jeff and the team to fix my vehicles right. They're good about estimating costs and time and rate HIGH in integrity. Prices are about average or slightly higher BUT you know you're getting honest service. PROS: Honest, timely service CONS: more

Can't go wrong with these peopl 6/28/2005

Ever since I got my license almost 30 years ago, I've traded with these people. They are honest and fair and one of the only full service stations in the Donelson area. I know a lot of the people that work there, and they treat you so nice. They go out of their way when I need service to get me in and out quickly. Many times I've had to have my car towed, and they promptly send out their truck to come to my rescue. These are great people to trade with. PROS: honest people CONS: gas is too high more
