Terrible performance on wood flooring job by PDP and its sales store, Flooring and Tile Superstore in Cedar Bluff area. My experience, they can not obtain or retain competent installers (use subcontractors, whoever they can get, not trained company employees as their website implies). Company much more interested in keeping my installation fee than in resolvining my very poor quality installation. Not customer oriented, very slow in everything they did, will not return your calls. Simply inferior in every criteria that one would look for in a reputable company. Check out the "Superstore" parking lot (empty) and in the store (few if any customers, and staff, maybe one person to be seen) ... there's reason for this. Stay away!
