The folks here are the most gentle and kind people. The drs are out of this world, there are a couple of nurses who are just wonderful. I agree, the phone system needs a lot of work more

Overlake Obstetricians & Gynecologist's phone lines need improvement 9/29/2009

The clinic provides excellent service but what is realy annoying is that whenever you call you are always put into a queue. It always says there is one caller ahead of you. I have been on hold anywhere from 5 -20 minutes with it continuing to say one caller ahead of me. Sometimes I hang up and try back at another time. Very annoying! more
