After eating at Outback a few times, I thought I had a jewel of a restaurant to eat at. I had the 10oz tenderloin the first cople of times which was amazingly tender. 3rd visit I ordered the salmon(yummy). The last time however, I ordered the 10oz and got a rough @ tough cut of meat you would find at the Hilltop. I was very dissapointed. The garlic mashed were and the cheesy fries were good. The portions were generous. I'd like to give this place great marks, but I can't.
Pros: generous portions, great staff, creamy onion soup
Cons: inconsistent quality, opens late weekdays
