Rusty equipment, unsanitary sink, hydraulic chair failed resulting in extra xrays having to be taken, dental hygenist had the flu and what appeared to be a fever, receptionist Wendy was rude and condescending. The costs for work needed was grossly over what insurance company stated it should be. ($625 for work that should be $175). When I questioned the difference she stated that it was elective to fix a crown that was broken resulting in a $325 additional cost for "elective procedure" When I asked if they could guarantee that I would not get an infection from the broken tooth she stated no. How is that elective? I asked my insurance broker to look into it and Wendy stated to him that she was going to recommend to the Dr. that I be discharged as a patient because this was becoming too much of a hassle. All this after being seen once! I mean seriously? What new patient isn't going to question the difference in costs from $175 to $635? I found this to be an unprofessional facility and I would not recommend it to anyone.
