The doctor himself was polite, and that part of the experience was the only decent part.
I waited 45 minutes for my APPOINTMENT. I had a family member with me who waited an hour for the same. If we were walk-in's, I would completely understand. However, when I schedule an appointment I expect to be seen within at least 15-20 mins of the scheduled time.
There staff at the front desk was completely incompetent and RUDE! Not one employee specifically, but all 5 that were arguing with me when the other 4 did not know anything about the situation. I was charged double what I was quoted (for merely a contact prescription) . Five people argued with me until one decided to actually hear what I was saying and determined ""oh, that was our mistake."" They were all extremely demeaning only for them to realize that THEY had made a mistake.
THEN....they refused to release the prescription I was given to the company I order contacts from. I am now a week into the struggle, literally trying to resolve this daily....still to no success.
I will NEVER step foot into this building again and will tell everyone I know to stay away! They are rude, overpriced, and know nothing of customer service.
