The Orthodontist I had was great. I only really got yelled at once with my braces, and that was because I was slacking, so it was my own fault. Surprisingly though, even with my set back, my braces came off a few months earlier than he was expecting them to have to. like anyone though, the doctors can only go by guesses as to how well you take care of your end of the deal, and apparently I surprised them which was good. I only wish I would've been more responsible with the retainer, that is where I ended up quitting because I kept loosing retainers. So really, the only complaints I have are with myself and not the company. I would recommend this place to my friends and family no questions asked.
