Food quality was alright but did not make my top list for similar kinds of food in the area. We also had to wait an extra 45 minutes to an hour for part of our delivery that was not included with the first bag of food received. The driver was not apologetic nor did he really communicate with me at all in the first place. Hire people who know how to talk to customers, it's pretty simple. Overall the experience was meh and I'm not sure we'll be ordering again soon. more

My chicken and broccoli was standard, but still tasty. However, both of my roommate's meals (Kung Pao Chicken and Sczechuan Chicken) were about 90% onions with very little meat. Egg rolls and rangoons were tasty as well, but that is to be expected with fried foods. I'd probably choose a different Madison Chinese restaurant after this experience. more

The food here was excellent. I love the Chinese and Japanese offerings. The delivery took just longer than the amount of time that was quoted but they apologized once they arrived and, for the inconvience, gave us free soda and Crab Rangoon. I will definitely order from them again, maybe it just won't be on a Friday around noon. more

I ordered from here for about a year until I had the driver step into my apartment and harass me about the tip, which I had given him a $5 tip when I paid on their website. Extremely unprofessional, and did have issues with accuracy with the order. That was enough to stop spending my money there. more

Best Chinese in Madison. The gooners are 10 times better than Asian Kitchen's, and the meal portions are large enough to make the cost worth it. more

Wok-a-licious oriental delights!!!! 12/6/2007

Oriental wok is the most Oriental of woks anywhere on big Wok way. It is next to chopstick town. Be careful, though, if you are a ""roundeye."" The orientals don't like too many roundeyes in their store all at the same time. Chopsticks can be used for violence. Pros: over 11,000 woks steaming and popping and dribbling deliciousness! Cons: too many woks all in one place more
