The medical specialist could not help my daughter! 1/30/2009

We have been to numerous doctors, even a world rennounce urologist and nobody has been able to help my daughter's problems. The medical doctors wanted to put my 5 year old daughter on very strong medication to block the sensation of her having to go to the restroom. We decided we did not want to put our daughter on this medication. Dr. Gaukler began to treat my daughter 3 months ago. Now we have no words to thank Dr. Gaukler and his office for making her get better, after 2 months of treatment, she has gone from going to the restroom 10 times an hour, to 1 time an hour and she continues to get better. We are so pleased with the results of this treatment, that we will forever be thankful. Pros: Dr. Gaukler is great with children. more

EXCELLENT RESULTS!!!!!!!!!!! 1/27/2009

After my automobile accident, I was left with many pains throughout my body. Doctor Hess brought me relief and I feel better now than I have in years. THANK YOU DOCTOR HESS!!!!!\r \r I like his friendly ""bedside manners"". He always has time to hear my concerns and gives me answers that I can understand. I wish my medical doctors were more like this. I have recommended many friends to him and they are all very satisfied. AAAAAAAAAAAA++++++++++++++ Pros: Knows how to treat my injuries. Cons: I don't have any. more

Not Professional 10/23/2008

Dr. Hess is so busy discussing his personal life, patients take 2nd place. Hi demeanor is kick back, get around to you when I can and not professional or respectful of the patients time.\r His mountain biking and political views and family situations such as selling his home then renting so he can buy a new more expensive home and other personal interests are foremost.\r He will spend lots of time carrying on a conversation with another patient even when their treatment is finished regarding his interests (even up to 10 minutes) while you wait in the waiting room. This has happened not just once, but many, many times. \r \r Everything is kick-back, casual (as opposed to professional)) and routine---same thing, no change in treatment for most of us. I was told my injuries should be iced and he was going to gt ice packs. ..oops, his ice packs were in storage (??? He has been in business for how long? WHY are they in storage???) The next 3 times I asked about the ice packs, he said he couldn't find them. My injuries were not treated properly. How about buying a little freezer and putting ice in a baggie or the hit-and-it's-cold packs??? This is supposed to be a professional business.\r Think twice unless you are desperate for a social life and have nothing better to do with your time and are willing to accept mediocre care. \r -M\r Pros: very social Cons: not respectful of patients time, not prepared to treat injuries more
