Get what you need 4/17/2010

Listen. George is a matter of fact kind of guy. The first few times I stopped in I thought he was grumpy. I later learned its just his demeanor. He will tell you like it is. He does care and is very knowledgeable. He's helped me get my pool clean numerous times. And he won't try to sell you a bunch of crap you don't need. more

Why else would a real customer check online reviews on a store that they shopped at for ten years? \r \r This store went for over a year with no reviews and then has a great review entered two days after it's second bad review??? Local, knows his stuff, reasonable. 7/14/2008

Looked for parts online for my Apollo DE filter on Sunday. Very hard to find and VERY expensive at the only two places in the country that had them. Called One Stop on Monday. He had the parts, and better prices. He's never let me down in ten years and I don't know why I looked online in the first place. Giv'em a shot. You won't be sorry. Pros: local business more

Great Pool Service 5/24/2007

The other customer who had a horrible experience can go else where that's the great thing about America no ones forcing you anywhere. One Stop pool shop has been great for me and my family they have helped us get our pool in tip top shape and have always helped and explained how to fix our problems from general pool cleaning to complex motor and system problems. Other big pool store try to sell you things that are not needed but George will tell you what you need and that's it more more. Pros: There was a time where George stayed there an hour past store hours till I was able to get there after work. more

no service 8/22/2005

i was trying to solve a problem with my pool and the owner gave me about 45 seconds of his time and then said "" i cant solve your problem i can only tell you how it works."" i have spent a lot of money in the past at this shop but will never again go back because of his lack of wanting to help. thank you dave Cons: bad service more
