LOVED the frames, ended up buying two because I couldn't choose! One's got a lot of bling and a little funky the other a little more geek sheek. The staff helped me pick best colors and sizes. Not high pressure sales like some other places I checked out. Plus picked them up in an hour :) 2 Thumbs up! more

Worst eyeglass experience of my life! Great doctor, but get your glasses someplace else. After 6 weeks I still didn't have my glasses, and they refused to refund my money. - ""we have a no refund policy"" is what they told me. Nice. more

I use the eye doctor here though don't often purchase contacts or lenses here since there are less expensive places. But the doctor is knowledgable, friendly, and thourogh. Pros: Great Doctor Cons: Expensive Eye Wear more

I went into the store and was impressed by the decor and the kindness of the people working there. They answered all of my questions and got my unusual request...though they have a huge selection (that I will check out again), I'd already had my heart set. I wanted my vintage sunglasses tinted a color I knew but couldn't describe. I was treated with great enthusiasm and patience. At the end my glasses were done expertly and in no time. I love them. I was completely happy with the experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for glasses and fine service. more

DO NOT SHOP AT ONE HOUR OPTICAL! First, they do not have price tags on their frames. The sales person tries to ask about $100 more than other optical stores on the average pair of frames. With no prices posted, it's like shopping at a used car lot. I have a special prescription and every other optical store told me it would take up to two weeks to get the lenses. The only reason I shopped at One Hour Optical is because they guaranteed me they would have the lenses in three days. When I called three days later, they made up a huge lie about how they had mis-cut the lenses and needed to order new lens material. I called a few days later when they were suppose to be done for the second time. Again I was told some unbelievable story. In the end it took the full two weeks, as all the other optical stores had told me. The difference was I paid about $150 extra for frames and lens at One Hour Optical and still had to wait the entire two weeks. I cannot emphasize enough how much of dishonest scam this business is.
