Good Children's Consignment Store 12/27/2005

This is a great place to get some bargains in children's clothing. The store has plenty of parking, is well organized, and the staff is quite friendly. The pricing is also reasoanble and man of the items are in like new condition. There is some junk there, however, so a "negative" about the store is that you have to be prepared to spend some time going through items and on occassion, I leave with nothing. There is a children's play area (but you still have to keep an eye on your kids). I do recommend this store to get great bargains for your children, including some designer items. more

Nice selection of products - reasonable prices 8/3/2005

Compared to most consignment stores in the area, this one seems to price their items at a reasonable price. This works out well for the buyer as they sell all like items for a set price (so a Gymoree turtleneck is the same price as one from Target). I would assume it isn't as good to be a consigner. However, there isn't a lot of 'junky' items and there is a place for kids to play while adults are shopping. more

Once Upon a child is a baby and children's resale shop. They offer a wide variety of clothing, furniture, gear, and accessories all crammed into a tiny store space. The prices are sometimes a good deal, but other times similar to what you would pay for the item new and on sale. They are more of a buyer's bargain than a seller's bargain. The prices they offer to buy items at are below what you could sell them for at a garage sale. There is an occasional deal to be found, though, and a visit is always worth it. more
